		<description>Hi!

Its always nice to see someone advocating eating less meat. I mean meat has become a staple food for most people and if we don&#039;t have meat in our meal we feel like something is missing. Years ago meat was a luxury - something one had once in a blue moon. Not only is it better for your health if you eat less meat but you will enjoy it so much more if you just had it once a week or just at weekends or even less.

It isn&#039;t essential at all and we can get plenty of protein (amino acids) from plant foods like dark leafy greens.

I think we just need to get out of the mentality that it is necessary on a daily basis or even weekly basis. And of course this would help the environment so much more if we ate less meat!
