Cre8 A New You
The Cre8 A New You program is an 8-week group program designed to gradually improve the health behaviors of participants. Participants in the program receive a baseline health assessment and weekly weigh-ins. Through eight 1-hour support and education sessions, participants learn the well known ‘Non-Diet Approach’ to weight loss and develop personal health goals and strategies for reaching them.
