Nicole Garnsey, MA, RDN, CDN, CDE
As President and CEO of Feed the Soul Nutrition, Inc., Nicole Garnsey works as a nutrition counselor, speaker, diabetes educator, and media spokesperson.
Nicole serves a variety of organizations, including individuals and their families, hospitals, long term care facilities, corporations, and universities. Because of her diverse background, Nicole has expertise in several nutrition specialty areas, including weight management, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, bariatric nutrition, and geriatric nutrition.
Nicole incorporates a non-diet approach to empower her clients to make behavioral modifications and lifestyle changes to feel their very best each and every day.
She serves on the New York State Chronic Kidney Disease Taskforce. In addition, she served one year as Public Relations Chair of the Central New York Dietetic Association and was the Coalition Coordinator for New York State’s Community Diabetes Regional Outreach Partnership (CDROP) for three years.
Etosha Farmer, MS, RDN, CDN
Etosha works as a nutrition counselor, motivator and health coach. Etosha specializes in weight management, disease prevention and overall health and wellness. She does this by identifying ways to help people make small changes in their lives that they can live with long term to help them lead healthier lives. She has received advanced training in weight management through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
She additionally has experience working with the elderly in a long term care facility and hospital setting. She has previous experiences working with pediatric nutrition. Etosha additionally works at a long term care facility and an adult home.
Bernisha Shenell Roulette, RDN, CDN, CLC
B.Shenell translates scientific information about nutrition into practical advice to help her clients make health-conscious decisions about food. She assesses, diagnoses and treats diet related problems and aims to raise awareness of the link between food and health to prevent further problems. Her approach is a motivational interviewing style and a focus on teach you “how to think” NOT “what to think.”
B.Shenell previously worked as a community nutritionist focused with infants, children, and women and clinical nutrition. She has extensive training in motivational interviewing and advanced training in Child and Adolescent Weight management through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Additionally, she currently works with the geriatric population.
