PODCAST

The Working Lunch - August 26, 2026

More than a Meal with CEO Siobhan Taylor

Siobhan Taylor discussed Feed the Soul's commitment to putting students at the center of its work and the importance of connecting nutrition, food access and education to students' long-term success. She shared how access to fresh fruits and vegetables, combined with practical nutrition education, can help students better understand the connection between what they eat, how they feel and how they perform in school and in life. The conversation also highlighted the powerful role students themselves play in identifying what they need and becoming active participants in creating healthier communities.

Feed the Soul named a City of Cincinnati Impact Award recipient

Feed the Soul was honored as a recipient of the City of Cincinnati's Impact Award, joining more than a dozen local organizations in a citywide initiative to address food insecurity in local neighborhoods. Our programs — including Power of Produce, Healthy Holidays, Level the Field, and Cultivating Calm — were recognized for tackling food insecurity and improving the physical and mental health of young people. This award allows us to expand our reach and deepen our commitment to a healthier, more equitable Cincinnati.
